This unique approach is facilitated through the operation of grocery stores, where workers can utilize the credit for essential purchases without incurring additional costs. Moreover, they enjoy discounts and access to free health insurance. The physical stores, assisted by Apon Agents and a dedicated app, streamline transactions, repayments, and ensure a one-stop solution. Having already positively impacted the lives of 100,000+ workers by generating $600,000+ in savings, Apon Bazaar envisions expanding its reach to empower 1 million industrial workers.

Job Description

As a Growth Specialist, you are part of the senior management of Apon and your role involves developing and nurturing Apon's ecosystem, implementing expansion strategies, and representing Apon. You are also responsible for executing plans to acquire and onboard new factory customers. This position will require close collaboration with Apon's senior management.

Your key responsibilities encompass creating and overseeing impactful growth initiatives across various areas, including partnership development, strategic planning, testing, scaling, and optimizing high-budget projects aimed at reaching industrial workers and enhancing the company's business.

While specific technical experience is not a prerequisite for this role, excelling in it demands an entrepreneurial mindset and a background in areas such as partnership management, key account management, and brand development. Key Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing and maintaining the ecosystem of the company.�
• Identifying and onboarding new factories for shop expansion.
• Developing revenue focused strategic partnerships with new and prospective players in the sector.
• Representing the company in different forums and ensuring best service and communication with partners.�
• Working closely with the Marketing and brand team and participating in developing organisational strategies and plans.�
• Developing yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets and ensure execution.�

We want someone who has�

• A bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economics�
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• High level of perception, the ability of proactive thinking with results���
• Demonstrated attention to detail, onboarded new initiatives with accountability
• Can spend 50%-60% of his/her time in the field, visiting stakeholders
• Experience in engaging with wellbeing initiatives, especially for the industrial workers�

Salary & other benefits: Our yearly budget has a probation of 150K BDT monthly salary for the said role, but we are open to discuss with a highly interested qualified candidate. Work hours and days: Our office has 8 hours and 6 days of weekly work, but we don't believe in the limit of time, rather output is the priority for us. Do tasks efficiently and chill!

Job Location: HeadQuarter, Dhaka, however, to achieve desired representation of the company vision, 50%-60% of your engagements may require to be in the market/field.
